Roofing Solutions – Metecno India

Sandwich roof panels made from pre-coated GI/GL sheets of 0.5 - 0.8 mm thickness and insulated with PUF/PIR/Mineral-wool are single-piece, prefabricated, factory made units consisting of an insulating layer between two sheets. A profiled steel facing, a flat liner with a PUF, PIR, or mineral wool core are all included in the panels manufactured in accordance with a patented system by Metecno. In order to facilitate higher loads and wider spans, the insulation core provides effective insulation and strong bonding. There are several applications for these roof panels, including roofs, walls, and ceilings.

Glamet

GLAMET panels are manufactured according to a patented system by Metecno and consist of an external profile steel facing and an internal flat liner with a PUF/PIR insulation core. A panel-to-panel interlocking mechanism ensures an effective seal between the panels.

Monoroof

The MONOROOF panels are manufactured according to a patented method by Metecno and consist of a profiled steel external face, an aluminium internal face and a PUF/PIR insulation core. Panel-to-panel interlocking provides an effective seal between the panels.

Hipertec Roof

Metecno's HIPERTEC ROOF panels consist of a profiled external steel sheet and a micro-ribbed internal steel sheet, combined with orientated fibre high density rockwool insulation laid longitudinally with offset joints and transversely compacted, so as to completely fill the space between the metal facings.

Hipertec Roof Sound

Based on a patented system by Metecno, HIPERTEC ROOF SOUND panels consist of an external profiled steel facing, an internal flat liner with a perforated core and a panel insulation strip covering the void between the two metal faces. This is done by laying the strips longitudinally with off-set joints and compressing them transversally in such a way as to completely fill the void between the two metal panels.
